1. Learned Additional Government Advocate drawing attention of this Court to compliance affidavit dated 6th November, 2025 sworn to by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, Loka Seva Bhawan, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, submitted that the direction contained in the judgment dated 20th December, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.32720 of 2023 has already been fully complied with.
2. Upon perusal of the said compliance affidavit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner conceded that the directions contained in the judgment dated 20th December, 2024 has already been complied with.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite partiescontemnors.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the compliance affidavit dated 6th November, 2025, this Court does not perceive wilful or deliberate negligence in non-compliance of the judgment dated 20th December, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.32720 of 2023 within period stipulated. In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
