1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. In filing the present CMP, the Petitioners being the decree holders as per the judgment dated 18.04.2024 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Puri in Civil Suit No.197 of 2022, have sought for a direction from this Court to the learned Executing Court for giving them delivery of the possession of the disputed property in question.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that despite having a decree in their favour, the Petitioners are still awaiting to get the suit scheduled property as per the judgment dated 18.04.2024 passed in the above noted

Civil Suit. According to him, the defendants are creating disturbance in the Petitioners’ getting the delivery of possession. He, accordingly, prays for allowing the prayer made in the present CMP.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the Petitioners and since the Petitioners are the decree holders, this Court directs the concerned Executing Court to give the delivery of possession of the suit scheduled property in favour of the Petitioners-decree holders as per the judgment dated 18.04.2024 passed in Civil Suit No.197 of 2022 by taking help of the local Police authorities.
6. This CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
