1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this CMP.
3. In such premises, this Court deems it proper to impose a cost of Rs.500/- on the Petitioner for wasting the valuable time of this Court. The said cost shall be deposited to the Orissa High Court Bar Association Welfare Funds for the purpose of utilizing the said amount for purchasing books for the Bar library.
4. In such view of the matter, this CMP stands dismissed as withdrawn.
