the custody on 31.07.2026, however, he was not apprehended from the spot and in the meantime, substantial part of investigation is already over. Further, there is unlikelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances and on consideration of the materials placed on record together with no materials being produced before this Court to suggest the petitioner would abscond or pose threat to the witnesses, if released on bail and the petitioner being not apprehended from the spot, this Court without expressing any view on merit admits the Petitioner to bail.
