Magistrate and not punishable beyond three years in case of first conviction, however, the petitioners having already disclosed their antecedents in the bail application and taking into account the law laid down by the Apex Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation; (2022) 10 SCC 51 , this Court without expressing any view on merit admits the petitioner to bail, but subject to certain condition.
(i) the petitioners shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the trial Court without prior permission of the learned trial Court till disposal of the case &
(ii) the petitioners shall furnish their present address of stay to the concerned Court.
