This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Ghasipura PS Case No.69 of 2026 corresponding to GR Case No.93 of 2026 pending in the file of learned SDJM, Anandapur, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.317(2)/318(4)/336(3)/338/340(2)/61(2) of BNS r/w Sections 66(C)/(D) of IT Act, on the main allegation of supplying mule accounts opened by using the credentials of innocent persons to co-accused Santosh Kumar of Bihar for facilitating cyber fraud.

Heard, Mr. Samir Kumar Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.R Patra, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record.

After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis

the accusations sought to be brought against him and regard being had to the pre-trial detention of the petitioner in custody since 27.02.2026 with substantial progress in investigation and there being no direct allegation against the petitioner for committing any cyber fraud and there being allegation against coaccused Santosh Kumar for having withdrawn the money of one of the innocent beneficiaries namely Satrughna Jena, but that too, for an amount of Rs.2,79,896/- from his(Satrughna Jena) account and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits the petitioner to bail. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands allowed and the petitioner is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court, who shall afterwards communicate the same to the concerned Jail through e- mail for reference.
