03. 1. Since all the ABLAPLs relate to the same FIR, they are heard together on the consent of the parties and disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.702 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Koida, arising out of Koida P.S. Case No.151 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Section 126(2)/ 296/ 115(2)/ 3(5)/ 74 of BNS, 2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, custodial interrogation is not necessary. Hence, the Petitioners may be protected by pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail since the investigation is at a nascent stage.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the submission made, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by

the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Additionally it is directed that the Petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional police station on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin for the next three months or till submission of final form whichever is earlier. It is needless to state that the Petitioners shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPLs stand disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
