“Under the aforesaid circumstances, it is humbly prayed therefore, that this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs quashing the order of transfer dtd 29.05.2018 vide Annexure-8, so far as the petitioner is concerned.
And further be pleased to quash that the order of transfer of the petitioner vide signal dated 14.04.2017 form G.C. CRPF, Bhubaneswar to 52 Battalion of CRPF;
And further be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to allow the petitioner to continue in Group Centre, CRPF, Bhuabneswar, in view of the office memorandum dtd.5.1.1993 and 6.6.2014 issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India;
And pass such other order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions as the Hon’ble Court may deem, fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

3.1. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that subsequently the matter was restored on 03.10.2024 by order passed in CMAPL No.319 of 2024. Therefore, he prayed for taking further steps by way of amendment.

5. Affidavit be filed in the meantime after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
