Assailing the decision of the Government of Odisha in Department of School and Mass Education as reflected in Office Order No.16057— SME-MSSA-MSSA1-00842019/SME, dated 01.08.2019, the petitioner approached this Court to invoke extraordinary jurisdiction under the provisions of Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India.

2. The afore-noted matters are listed along with W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 today under the heading “For Delivery of Judgment/Order”.

2.1. At the stage of hearing on 27.11.2024 it was conceded by counsel appearing for respective parties that the impugned Office Order dated 01.08.2019 has been under challenge in all these cases. These cases being tagged to W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 (Bishwaranjan Pradhan Vrs. State of Odisha) , said case was requested to be treated as lead case.

2.2. It is conceded that the result of W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 (Bishwaranjan Pradhan Vrs. State of Odisha) shall abide all the cases tagged together for analogous hearing.

2.3. Accordingly, W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 (Bishwaranjan Pradhan Vrs. State of Odisha) was heard on 27.11.2024 and on conclusion of hearing, the matter stood reserved for preparation and pronouncement of judgment.

3. Today Judgment is delivered in open Court in W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 (Bishwaranjan Pradhan Vrs. State of Odisha).

4. In view of submissions made at the Bar on the date of hearing as mentioned supra, W.P.(C) Nos.23966 of 2023, 11314 of 2023, 9659 of 2021, 13755 of 2021, 13234 of 2021, 14616 of 2019, 14943 of 2019 and 16344 of 2019 are disposed of in the same terms as contained in the Judgment pronounced today in W.P.(C) No.14619 of 2019 (Bishwaranjan Pradhan Vrs. State of Odisha) .

5. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of, but in the circumstances there shall be no order as to costs.
