Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:-

“On the facts and in the circumstances stated above, your petitioner, therefore, pray that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the opp. Parties to forthwith issue formal orders regularizing her services as Jr. Stenographer with effect from 12.08.2020 in the scale of pay PB-1-520020200/- + GP Rs. 1900/- with usual allowances admissible from time to time as per GA Department Resolution dt.17.09.2013 on her completing six years of satisfactory service as such and in the same manner as has been allowed to similarly situated outsourced contractual employees in various State Govt. Departments and other offices with consequential service and monetary benefits vide Annexures-5 series to 7 series with all consequential service and monetary benefits and pass such other order(s) as would be deemed fit and proper in the interest

of justice and fair play and for which act of your kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray;”

However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.

It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 2 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner. Interim order passed on 10.03.2021 shall continue till a decision is taken as directed.
