Petitioner seeks establishment of mobile network at a place, which the BSNL does not find feasible vide letter dated 8.1.2021 (Annexure-3). When a question put to the counsel for the petitioner, what duty the BSNL has to provide the network, he is not in a position to lay his hands on any law or ruling. However, he submits that BSNL is a Central Government Undertaking and that the reasons assigned by then in the subject letter are not germane to the decision and therefore, this Court should come to the aid of his client.
It has been a long settled position of law of writs that no right no writ. No decision of any Court nor any decision of the Central Government, which grants right to

have the tower established is demonstrated before the Court.
In the above circumstance, petition being thoroughly devoid of merits, liable to be and accordingly is rejected.
