1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid

arrangement.

2. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties files the Counter Affidavit in Court today, which is taken on record.

3. The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to put physical possession of the petitioner over the land consisting upon of Village-Khurunti, TahasilSukinda, P.S. Kalinga Nagar, Dist-Jajpur.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had approached the IDCO/Opposite Party No.1 for exchange of land allotted at Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex area under Jajpur District with another plot of land at mouza Khurunti, which is reflected in the letter dated 04.12.2013 given to Divisional Head, IDCO, Jajpur. Since the said allotted land is not suitable for wire house project, the Opposite Party has agreed to the request made by the present petitioner to allot plot No.693 (p) at Mouza Khurunti, Tahasil-Sukinda, District-Jajpur in accordance with the nature of project.

5. Learned Senior Counsel for the IDCO submits that the said request is being actively under consideration and it will take some time.

6. In view of the above, the Opposite Party is directed to expedite the process for allotment of the Plot No.693 (p) at mouza Khurunti, Tahasil-Sukinda, DistJajpur within a period of six months from today.

7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
