Mr. Aswini Kumar Dash, learned counsel, by filing a memo on behalf of the Petitioner, submits that a request has been made by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition. The memo so filed, is taken on record.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to set aside the order dated 30^th September, 2024 passed by learned labour Court, Bhubaneswar in ID Misc. Case No.30 of 2023. On the last occasion, i.e., on 11^th March, 2025, while adjourning the matter on the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court made it clear that no further prayer for adjournment at the instance of the Petitioner shall be entertained on the next date. Today, at the Mentioning Hour, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for an adjournment. But, the Court was not inclined to entertain such prayer in view of order dated 11^th March, 2025. He, however, he submitted that a memo shall be filed for withdrawal of this writ petition.
