1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner, by filing this Writ Petition, has sought for a direction from this Court to the Revenue Authorities to stop encroachment in the Government land over plot No.912 under Khata-927 Area A0.20 decimals of Mouza-Kanehipur, Cuttack District and to ensure protection of Government land as per OPLE Act.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Collector -cum- District Magistrate Cuttack/Opposite Party No.2 by way of representations dated 25.08.2025 and 19.10.2020 vide Annexures-2 & 3. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioner is still pending.

4 . He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Collector -cum- District Magistrate Cuttack /Opposite Party No.2 for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner.

Considering the submission of the Petitioner and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Collector -cum- District Magistrate Cuttack /Opposite Party No.2 to act upon the representation filed by the present Petitioner. The same exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.

6 . This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
