05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Pursuant to order dated 06.11.2025, an affidavit has been filed by the petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition and issue Notice to the Opp. parties call for the records and after hearing both the parties this Hon'ble Court may direct the O.Ps to regularize the service of the petitioner because of the similar situated person of the petitioner has already been regularized his service and the present petitioner is similar footing.

And any other order/orders direction! directions may deem fit and proper pass in favour of the petitioner.”

4. It is contended that on the face of his long continuance w.e.f. 21.10.1998, petitioner is not getting the benefit of regularization. It is accordingly contended that Opp. Party No.3 be directed to consider petitioner’s claim to get the benefit of regularization.

5. Considering the nature of order going to be passed, this Court is of the view that no notice need be issued to the Opp. Parties.

6. Considering the nature of relief claimed, this Court while disposing the Writ Petition, permits the petitioner to make a fresh representation before O.P. No.3 for consideration of his claim. It is observed that if any such representation will be filed before O.P. No.3 within a period of 3(three) weeks hence, O.P. No.3 shall consider the same and take a lawful decision on the same within a period of 3(three) months from the date of receipt of such representation. Till consideration of the petitioner’s claim, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.

7. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
