This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner- Sri Alok Kumar Samantaray with the following prayer:-

“As to why a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued in quashing the impugned exparte orders dated 15.07.2013 passed in Rent Case No. 2833 of 2013 and No. 10083 of 2013 under Annexure-

5 series and order dated 05.10.2013 passed in Appeal Case No. 2176 of 2013 under Annexure6 with a direction to the Settlement authorities to correct the Hal Record of Rights in favour of

the petitioner in corresponding the Sabik mutated Record of Rights and Registered Sale Deed under Annexure- 1 and 3 respectively;

(ii) If the opposite parties fail to show cause and/or show insufficient cause, the writ application may be allowed by quashing the impugned exparte orders dated 15.07.2013 and dated 05.10.2013 under Annexure- 5 series and 6 respectively;

(iii) And to pass such other order/orders and to issue such other writ/writs which would afford complete relief to the petitioner.”
