This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties. Perused the writ application as well as the documents annexed thereto.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

“In the above facts and circumstance, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased

(i) to direct the Opp. Party No-2 to select the

petitioner for the post of Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) in pursuance to the selection per as the Advertisement No- IIE-04/2023585(c)/OSSSC, Dated 29.4.2023

(ii) to direct the Opp. Party No-2 to dispose the on line representation dated 8.10.2024 made by the petitioner under Annexure-7.

And, may pass any other order/orders as may deem fit and proper;”

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-8. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 within a stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.2, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-8 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the

Petitioner under Annexure-8 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be also communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ application stands disposed of.
