Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following

reliefs.

“It is therefore, most humbly prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application by issuing Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. parties more particularly the Opp. party No.4 to show cause as to why he shall not submit joint enquiry report before the Opp. party No.5 by properly perusing the documents supported in favour of the petitioner in pursuance to this Hon'ble Court order dated 16.05.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12089 of 2024 to grant compensation in favour of the petitioner, according to Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocity) Act 1989 (Amendment 2015) for the interest of justice.

And pass such other order/orders, as would be deemed fit and proper.

And for which act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”

In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently the joint enquiry report with nil recommendation for grant of compensation could not be challenged in this writ petition. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of
