Petitioner submits that despite his best effort, he is unable to contact his client. He has also no instruction in this matter.
3 . In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is dismissed for no instruction. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application for revival of this matter within a month hence, if any, cause of action subsists.
