1. The I.A. has been filed for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 02.09.2025 disposing of the Writ Petition.
In paragraph-3, 2nd sub-para, 2nd line, the word appearing “fresh” shall be deleted and shall be substituted by the word “renewal of”.
Similarly in paragraph-5, 4th line, the word “fresh” shall be substituted by “renewal of”.
As directed the corrections shall be carried out in the body of the order dated 02.09.2025 as per rules.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had obtained the certified copy and that has produced before the authority. Today’s order is being passed in presence of the learned counsel for the opposite parties-authority.
