The short grievance of the Petitioner is reflected in the prayer

“ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition and issue Rule “NISI” to the Opp. Parties to show cause as to;

i) Why the action of the Opposite Parties in not complying with the directions contained in the order dated 30.12.2024 under Annexure-4 in the facts and circumstances of the case will not be declared as illegal; and

ii) Why the Opposite Parties will not be directed to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 30.12.2024 under Annexure-4 within a stipulated time.”

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that if directions dated 30.12.2024 at Annexure-4 are directed to be carried out, his client will be satisfied.

Learned AGA-Mr. Lenka submits that he would instruct to OP No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner, as has been aired in the subject petition, in accordance with law and in a time bound way, if all contentions are kept open. This is appreciable.

In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. A period of six weeks is granted to OP No.3 for taking decision in the matter. All contentions are kept open.

It is open to the answering OP No.3 to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioner, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation. However, in that guise delay shall not be brooked.

Now, no costs.
