The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following

“The petitioners, therefore, pray that this Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI to the Opp. Parties, calling upon them to show cause as to why the writ application filed by the petitioner shall not be allowed and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or insufficient cause, the said Rule may be made absolute directing the Opp. Party No. 2 to refer the L.A. Case No. 20 of 2020 of the petitioner to the Competent Authority-Opp. Party No. 3 for proper adjudication.

And/or pass any other order/orders as deem(s) fit and proper in the interest of justice.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satya Sundar Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in spite of his attempts, he could not get instruction as to whether the land under Annexures 6 and 7 are included in the acquisition proceeding or not. He however submits that he has applied for the copy of notification which will take some

time to obtain. In any way, the writ petition may require amendment. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars within a period of one month hence. 5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
