1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

“Therefore it is prayed to this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition, issue the rule nisi calling upon the Opposite Parties to ShowCause as to why the illegal order of promotion dated 02.09.2024 under Annexurc-8 shall not be quashed.

And further direct the Opposite Party No.2 to promote the

petitioner in the rank of the Deputy Ranger on the basis

of date of her Joining into the training dated on 18.11.2011 with taking into consideration the seniority position as per Final Gradation List at SL. no.66 and issue an appropriate Writ/Orders for consideration of her representation did 21.10.2024 pending before the Opposite Party No.2 within a stipulated time with all financial and consequential benefits.”

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the P.C.C.F Odisha BBSR, At/Po.Aranyabhawan, Chandrasekharpur, BBSR, Dist-Khurda, Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-10. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-10 within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-10 keeping in view the Annexure-2 and 9 within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-10 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be also communicated to the Petitioner

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
