The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the e-auction sale notice dated 11^th January, 2024 (Annexure-1) issued by the Authorized Officer, Punjab National Bank, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Opposite PartiesBank submits that the e-auction sale notice under challenge has already been withdrawn. Hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the Petitioner although concedes that the e-auction sale notice under Annexure-1 has already been withdrawn, but he submits that the representations at Annexures-2 and 4 are still pending with

the Bank. He, however, submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to settle the loan account and approach the Bank for the same.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that it is open for the Petitioner to approach the Bank Authority for settlement of loan account, if any.
