Petitioner in this writ petition prays for the following relief:

“ The petitioner prays for the issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order/direction commanding Opposite Party No. 3 (Special Land Acquisition Officer) to disburse the enhanced

compensation awarded in L.A. Case No. 20/2011, along with interest at the rate of 15% per annum under Section 34 of the Land Acquisition Act.

Direct the opposite parties to ensure compliance with the judgment dated 29.10.2011 and the sanction order dated 16.01.2024, without further delay.

And/or Pass any other order(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Mr. Baral, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Karmi, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, compensation for acquisition of land has been released in favour of the Petitioner, but the same is not adequate. Thus, he files a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to workout remedy for enhancement of compensation.
