Petitioner in this writ petition prays for following relief:

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition and issue notice to the Opposite Parties and call for records and upon hearing them to pass an appropriate order in the nature of writ of mandamus to quash order dated 09.12.2024 & 20.12.2024 under annexure 8 & 9 and to direct the Opposite Parties more especially opposite party no-6 in the nature of writ of mandamus to allow the petitioner to operate Sand Sairat regarding Pankapal-1 Sand bed on Bramhani River sand Bed over 12.30 acres or 4.978 htrs. in Village-Pankapal under Dangadia Tahasil in the district of Jajpur district in granting proportionate time in terms of the agreement to secure ends of justice;

And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as would be deemed fit

and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.
