Petitioner, in this writ petition, seeks to assail the order dated 3^rd November, 2024 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Commissioner of Endowments, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in IA No.3 of 2024 by which, the prayer with regard to maintainability of the Original Application filed under Section-25 of the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1951 (for short, ‘the Act’), has been rejected.

Mr. Dash, learned ASC, in course of argument, submits that in view of the observation made by learned Commissioner of Endowments in the impugned order, interest of justice will be best served, if the Original Application is disposed of at an early date.
