The petitioners have filed this writ petition with a prayer to direct the A.D.M. (R & R), Sundargarhopp. party no.3, to pay the compensation amount in respect of Khata No.237/65 of Mouza-Jhupuranga in favour of the petitioners, after due enquiry, as the petitioners are the legal heirs of Bhuluku Bhoi, the recorded tenant of Khata No.237/65 of MouzaJhupuranga and legally entitled to get the compensation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the self-same grievance, the petitioners have made a representation to the opp. party no.3 on 05.09.2024 vide Annexure-3 and the same is still pending for consideration and necessary direction may be issued for early disposal of the same.

Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to such prayer.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the representation at the instance of petitioners vide Annexure-3, this writ petition is disposed of directing the A.D.M. (R & R), Sundargarhopp. party no.3 to consider the representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of production of
