“2. Perused the impugned order. From the impugned order it clearly discloses that disposal of land dispute without involving the Petitioner as clearly borne out from Annexure-4. It is only on

this ground, this Court interferes in the order dated 19.10.2013 vide Annexure-4 and sets aside the same for fresh consideration. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Competent Authority, Opposite Party No.5 with his objection within a period of ten days and get the date of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.

3. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of.”

2. Present writ petition is disposed of with the following direction :
