1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned ASC for the State.

Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage directing the Tahasildar, Betnoti (Opp. Party No.2) to dispose of the Mutation Case No.1856/2021 of the petitioner pending before him within a period of 1 month from the date of communication of this Order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and others, if any.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally.

Tahasildar, Betnoti (Opp. Party No.2) immediately.

Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted to the
