Petitioner’s short grievance is reflected in the prayer column, which has the following text:
“Under the above circumstances, it is therefore, humbly prayed that the Hon’ble Court be graciously pleased to issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction. order by directing Opposite Party No.3 and 4 to treat the period 01.08.2023 to 22.09.2023, as continuity in service of the petitioner and to release the salary component for the said period, in view of the orders passed by this Hon’ble Court vide Annexure-2 to the writ application.”

of the parties be kept open, so that the jurisdictional authorities will take meritorious decision. With this proposal, counsel for the Petitioner is agreeable. All this is appreciable.
In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. Time for consideration of the subject representation and informing result of such consideration to the Petitioner in writing, is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open. It hardly needs to be mentioned the representation should be considered in the light of observations made by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.25405 of 2023 between Jagyansenee Das v. State of Odisha disposed off on 11.09.2023 at Annexure-3.
It is open to the answering Opposite Parties to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioner, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation. However, in that guise delay shall not be brooked.
Now, no costs.
