2. Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

3. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has made the following prayer:-

“It is therefore, prayed that your lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this case, issue notice to the opposite parties to file show cause and after hearing by issuing writ of mandamous and any other appropriate writ / writs, direct to the Opp. Party No- 1, 2 & 3 to take appropriate steps to return back the furnitures as mentioned above to the petitioner within a stipulated period and

further being pleased direct the Opp. Party No- 1, 2 & 3 to take appropriate steps against the Opp. Party No- 4 and his involved sub-ordinate staffs, for their above illegalities in accordance with law. And any other relief/reliefs, order/orders direction/directions be passed as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

And for this act of kindness the petitioners are in duty bound shall ever pray.”

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that before approaching this Court, the Petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Odisha Government/Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-4 on 18.12.2024. He further submits that the said grievance of the Petitioner is still pending.

5. He, accordingly, prays that a direction may be issued to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Odisha Government/Opposite Party No.2 for considering the said grievance of the Petitioner.

6. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Odisha Government/Opposite Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass a lawful order

7. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
