the affidavit dated 03.05.2025 filed by the petitioner enclosing representation dated 24.04.2025 addressed to the opposite party no.2-District Transport Manager, Odisha State Road Transport Corporation, Cuttack. On 01.05.2025 upon hearing the learned counsel for the

parties, the following order was passed:

“1. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the petition he had approached the opposite partiesauthorities for redressal of his grievances. Considering his age and ailments the authorities have been gracious enough to suggest a settlement for which he has approached the authority by making a representation. The representation is to be brought on record supported by an affidavit. He seeks accommodation till 06.05.2025.

2. On consent, list on 06.05.2025 “marked to be mentioned”.”

3. Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the authority shall act promptly to consider and dispose of the representation.

4. It is observed that the opposite party-authority shall take a sympathetic and pragmatic view considering the age and ailments of the petitioner and dispose of the representation within a reasonable time.
