1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Petitioners in this writ petition pray for the following relief:

“ It is, therefore, prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, call for the records and issue a rule-nisi, asking the opposite parties to show cause as to why in view of clear Amin Report regarding recommendation by IDCO for return of Petitioners' unutilized Ac.0.77 decimals land in Baragadia Mouza Khata No. 156 and Plot Nos. 462 and 470 out of R.O.R. under annexure-1, shall not be returned by the Opposite Parties and if they fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, allow the writ application and issue an appropriate writ/order/direction, for return of abovementioned unutilized land to Petitioners, and/or pass appropriate orders in the facts and circumstances of the case, affording justice to petitioners;

And for this act of kindness, petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.”

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.
