This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

“ In view of the above fact and circumstances stated above the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:-

a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Opp. Parties to cancel the lease granted to Kalapathar Dhalapathar Anchalika Mohavidylaya for non utilization of the land for the intended purpose;

b) Direct the reversion of the sanction land to Govt. records enabling its use for public welfare and development;

¶21

c) Conduct an independent inquiry into the illegal financial transactions arising from the unauthorized plantation and sale proceeds and take action against the responsible officials;

d) Pass any order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the interest of Justice.

And for which act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.”
