Today, learned counsel for the State has produced the copy of the order dated 10.07.2025 of the Collector & D.M., Jagatsinghpur, wherein it is stated that the said Misc. Case has already been disposed of. The order is taken on record.
In view of such order produced by the learned counsel for the State, this writ petition stands disposed of.
