2. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following
prayer:
“It is therefore, prayed this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue rule NISI to the opposite parties and if the opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause made the said rule absolute by directing the opposite parties to consider the written grievance under Annexure-5 of the petitioner and old age pension (under Madhu Babu Pension Yojana for Widow Person) new enhancing rate @ Rs. 3,500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred) only per month from January,2025 as the petitioner is a senior citizen completed age of 80 before 1st January, 2025.
And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper,
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray.
