This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call.
3. Earlier also, when the matter got listed on 30.07.2025 under the heading "For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation For the Nation", learned Counsel for the parties remained absent on call.
4. However, this Court was of the view that subject matter of the present lis can be resolved amicably through mediation and the matter was referred to learned Mediator.
5. It has been reported by the learned Mediator that on the date fixed for mediation i.e. 04.09.2025, neither the Petitioners nor their Counsel remained present, for which the mediation stood adjourned to 16.09.2025 at
11.30 AM.
6. However, as the Counsel for the Petitioners is absent on call, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application as per rules.
