This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The Petitioner has sought for transfer of the C.T. Case No.446 of 2018, which is stated to be pending before the Court of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-Women’s Court, Phulbani to the Court of the learned JMFC-Cum-Special Designated Court for trial of offences involving MP/MLAs at Bhubaneswar as one of the accused persons is an Ex-MLA of Phulbani, who is husband of the Petitioner.

After arguing some time Mr. Pravasha Pujaree Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the transfer petition. A memo to that effect has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the TRPCRL is stands disposed of as withdrawn.
