05. 1 . The matter is taken up on being mentioned by the learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have agreed for disposal of the matter by allowing the prayer of the petitioner for transfer of C.P. No.266 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to the learned Judge, Family Court No.II, Bhubaneswar.

2 . Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the interest of justice, this Court allows the prayer for transfer of C.P. No.266 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri to the learned Judge, Family Court No.II, Bhubaneswar.
