This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It is submitted at the Bar that the matter being referred for mediation, it became successful.

3. Since the Mediation Report dated 10.11.2025 is not record, learned Counsel for the Petitioner files a photo copy of the said Mediation Report dated 10.11.2025 in the Court, which is taken on record. The terms and conditions of the settlement recorded by the learned Mediator, being relevant, are reproduced below:

“TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“ 1. That, the 2 nd Party agreed to return to the Society of the Ist Party, the same has been accepted by the 1 st Party and they stayed happily as husband and wife, and Consume their Marital relation.

2. That, the 2 nd Party will maintain herself as Hindu Paradanasin lady/women, obey all the traditional Culture of the Society, and give respect to the Ist Party (husband) and their

family Members. Similarly the 1 st Party gives respect to the 2 nd Party as a wife, and also his in-law's members.

3. That, either Party, never threaten or attempt to harm the other Party or their family members, and adjust to each other and maintain their future life.

4. That, if any misunderstanding arises in between the Parties, they will try to solve it in between them amicably in between them, and in case required they can get assistance from their family Members, but no outsider Can be allowed.

5. That, both the Parties, restricted from the repetition of previous dispute. other hand maintain their Conjugal future Life in Peacefully and happily.

6. Whereas, it is settled between the Parties to the effect that all the Cases pending for disposal in different Courts and Places shall be withdrawn by filing of joint affidavit / Compromise Petition / withdrawal Petitions whichever is necessary.

7. That, if any party violated the above terms and Conditions shall be Punished in virtue of the said Settlement deed as Per Law.”

4. The Parties are directed to act as per the terms and conditions of the settlement detailed above.

5. Accordingly, the revision petition stands disposed of.
