1. Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

¶13

By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 to register the written report dated 16.05.2025 under Annexure-2 and to take consequential action.

As reveals from the application, the Petitioner, namely one Jayadev Das, has challenged the inaction of the Opposite parties, more particularly the Opposite Party No.3, who has not taken steps to register the Petitioner’s complaint.

According to the Petitioner, he is a government employee and working as a Sr. Assistant in S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack. By means of the complaint he has raised certain allegations regarding the irregularities, illegalities and misappropriation of funds by the authorities of the S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack.

As seen from the case record, the Petitioner had also made a representation before the Director, Medical Education and Training Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar on 25.04.2025 besides other authorities.

Mr. Khatua, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation has not been considered so far. The matter has also been taken before this Court in W.P.(C) No.9950 of 2023, besides being presented before the Lokayukta in LY-177 of 2021.

Having regard to the nature of the complaint and the manner in which the same has been placed herein, the Petitioner intends to bring the illegalities of the S.C.B. Medical College & Hospital in his personal capacity as an individual employee of the said organisation. Such an application, however, is not maintainable herein, as it is in

the nature of a Public Interest Litigation. The Petitioner, if so advised, may move accordingly.

Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
