Petitioner, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at this juncture contended that although the petitioner produced the copy of the order dated 10.01.2020 before the I.O., however, the same was not accepted and the I.O. had already been filed the charge sheet. In the meantime, the Police is searching for the Petitioner to arrest pursuant the order of NBW dated 07.11.2019.
