petitioners. As per the said order, the petitioners were directed to surrender before the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Hindol in connection with G.R. Case No.08 of 2018 with a direction to be released on bail imposing conditions deemed just and proper. According to Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel, there was a communication gap, as a result of which, the petitioners could not be informed about such an order in CRLMC No.4216 of 2022 and hence, there is a need for extension of time for them to surrender before the learned Court below.
7. Accordingly, it is ordered.
