Instant contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the Court’s order at Annexure-1.

The matter relates to rehabilitation appointment of the petitioner pending for long.

The application of the petitioner is to be considered as per the old Rules and according to Mr. Sahoo, learned ASC for the State, the same is underway. A correspondence received by the office of the learned AG, Odisha from the Superintendent Engineer, Kendrapara Irrigation Division, Kendrapara is produced in Court today with the above claim.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties and since the application of the petitioner is under process, the Court is of the view that a direction is
