Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

No notices are issued to the opposite parties as the matter is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Instant petition is filed by the petitioner assailing the impugned order as at Annexure-4 passed in I.A. No. 30 of 2025 by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhadrak arising out of C.S. No. 85 of 2025 on the grounds stated.

An application Order 39 Rule 3 CPC was moved in I.A. No. 30 of 2025 but ad-interim injunction was not allowed vide Annexure-4. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction for early disposal of the I.A. would serve the purpose considering the nature of relief sought for in the suit.

A copy of the plaint is at Annexure-1, which reveals the suit is for partition. I.A. was filed by the petitioners seeking an ad-

interim injunction against the opposite parties, which was, however, not allowed. But considering the submission of Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner for early disposal of the I.A. which is stated to be pending as on the date, the Court is inclined to issue direction in that regard.

6. Accordingly, it is ordered.

In the result, CMP stands disposed of with a direction to learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Bhadrak to immediately take up the hearing and disposal of the I.A. No. 30 of 2025 corresponding to C.S. No. 85 of 2025 followed by an order at the earliest preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
