This is an application for bail under section 483 of the B.N.S.S. in connection with C.T. Case No.351 of 2025 arising out of Balliguda P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Balliguda for commission of offences under sections 64(2)(m) and 351(3) of the B.N.S.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Balliguda vide order dated 16.08.2025.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 01.07.2025, charge sheet has already been

submitted for the offences under sections 64(2)(m) and 351(3) of the B.N.S., the victim, who is a married lady, is the sister in-law of the petitioner and after going through the statement of the victim recorded under section 183 of B.N.S. and also her medical evidence, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Let the petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/(rupees fifty thousand) with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter with further conditions as the learned Court below may deem just and proper including the conditions that the petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activities and shall appear before the learned trial Court on each date to which the case would be posted for trial.

Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
