This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.08.2025.

When the bail order was passed on 22.08.2025, the case numbers were mentioned as Bellaguntha P.S. Case No.174 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.538 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar. However in the operative part, it is mentioned that the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin over the matter.
