Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.

These are the bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Balangir Town PS Case No.341 of 2023 corresponding to ST Case No.92 of 2023 pending in the file of 2^nd learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Balangir for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.302/34 of the IPC, on the main allegation of committing murder of one Priya @ Seshadri Nag by assaulting her with sharp cutting weapon.

Heard, Mr. Amit Kumar Saa, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 476 of 2025; Mr. Sushanta Kumar Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 765 of 2025 and Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record.

After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against them and the materials collected in support thereof and keeping in view the recovery of the weapon of offence pursuant to the disclosure statement of the Petitioner-Milan Rana and taking into account the role as alleged against the Petitioners for allegedly hacking the deceased to death and taking into account the other circumstances on record in entirety including the fact about examination of material witnesses being awaited, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners.

Hence, these two bail applications of the petitioners stand rejected.
