1 . This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2 . Though this matter was not listed today, on being mentioned,

the same is taken up through Special Notice.

3 . This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in BLAPL No.3675 of 2025.

4 . Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have been granted bail vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in BLAPL No.3675 of 2025. However, while granting bail this Court has imposed the condition to furnish cash security of Rs.50,000/each along with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the court in seisin over the matter. But, the Petitioners are unable to arrange and deposit the said amount. Hence, the aforesaid order could not be complied with by the Petitioners. In such premises, learned counsel for the

Petitioners submits that the said condition may be waived from the aforesaid order.

5 . Considering the facts and submissions, and the averments made in the I.A., prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the aforesaid condition imposed is waived from the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in BLAPL No.3675 of 2025.
